Elena and the Secret of Avalor, presented by the Disney Channel, is airing this Sunday, November 20th at 7pm ET/PT! It’s a special crossover television movie event combining Princess Sophia and Elena of Avalor.

Princess Elena from the Kingdom of Avalor has been trapped inside an amulet for years, waiting for the day she can be rescued by another princess. This special finally explains how Princess Elena became imprisoned in her magical amulet and how she’s eventually set free by Princess Sofia. Yep, you guessed it, Sofia’s iconic purple amulet necklace is the one that holds Princess Elena!

We were given a pre-screening and my daughter was enamored. She loved that the two shows came together for a creative and captivating story. I don’t want to give too much away but if your little one is a Princess Sofia fan, you won’t want to miss this!

Let Disney know you’re following along on Sunday by using the hashtag #ElenaofAvalor 🙂
